To ensure engaging and entertaining player experiences, you will:

• Develop and innovate game mechanics for slot games.
• Utilize mathematical models, algorithms, and statistical analysis to balance our games.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including artists, developers, and product owners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in game design and development processes.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:

• Conduct data analysis to inform game design decisions and improve the performance of our future games.
• Build tools and automate processes to streamline game development and to further improve our methods.

Requirements:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a technical subject such as Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Genuine interest in mathematics and its application to gaming.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish.
• Energetic with a creative mind.

Desirable skills:

• Experience with any programming/scripting language.
• Interest and experience in data analysis.
• Interest in game theory and player psychology, i.e. what makes for an enjoyable gaming experience.
• Passion for casino games, and/or games of any kind.
