ABOUT THE POSITION Our brilliant Design and Marketing department is looking for a Graphic Designer. You’ll be joining a high performing team that covers design, branding, marketing and comms under one roof. The aspiration is to build a world class organization where we leverage the diverse experiences (e.g., Google, the Boston Consulting Group, Zound) and unique competencies of each team member.  We are looking for you that combines graphic design skills with web design experience and who executes quickly with quality. The objective is to drive Powerfoyle and Exeger brand awareness and positive perception. Through your work, people from around the globe are invited to join Exeger’s journey to change the world.   Your responsibilities – your opportunities   Design Creation: • Develop visually appealing and on-brand designs for a wide range of communication and marketing materials, including digital, print and event assets. • Create brand consistent visual content to our web pages (Powerfoyle.com and Exeger.com) • Transform creative concepts into engaging visual designs that effectively communicate our brand message. Brand Adherence: • Uphold brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all communication and marketing channels. • Evolve and enhance the visual elements of our brand, ensuring it remains fresh and relevant. Project Management: • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? In addition, we believe the right person has: • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • Proven experience in a similar position. • Strong skills in graphic design (across digital and physical) • Experience in web design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
