Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be: First point of contact on the phone for hotel guests Processing of all written enquiries and requests Advising hotel guests via all communication channels used by the brand Carrying out daily arrival and departure checks Checking reservations as well as incoming payments What’s in it for you?
