Our team consists of 20 User Experience and User Interface designers. You will also be part of an agile product team which will be your delivery team, collaborating with a team of Service Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners and Frontend Developers. YOU WILL The world of transport and logistics is electrifying rapidly and at Scania we are committed to give our customers the world's best charging experience. As our UX designer you will solve complex problems related to interaction, usability and interfaces across platform and devices. You will be involved throughout the design process and will be working with Double Diamond design process model. We strongly believe that design is a collaborative effort. Therefore, involving the end-users and working closely with our developers are required to optimize the user experience. Further you will: - design and deliver interfaces of exceptional quality, apply design thinking, conduct user research, usability testing, translating data analytics, and costumer insights into user flows, prototypes, and final designs. - plan and facilitate workshops with Business and Tech stakeholders, translating their demands/requirements into designs, putting the user in the centre - create compelling design work and communicate to stakeholders - share knowledge on design methods, tools and trends with your colleagues YOU ARE You are a passionate designer with at least a few years of experience within UX design. You love backing your design with research and testing to ensure the best possible design. For this role you need to have good communication skills in written and spoken English, educational background in Interaction Design or similar, and excellent skills in Figma. As a person you are creative, curious, and enthusiastic. You bring energy to the teams you work with, and you love collaborating with others. You are great and consistent at giving as well as asking for constructive design and personal feedback. You are very good at storytelling and have exceptional presentation skills as well as ability to adapt to the audience - business versus technical stakeholders. WANT TO LEARN MORE?
