We are looking for a curious and engaged Senior Instructional and Media Designer to join our Visual and Training Solutions team located in Stockholm. We work with graphic productions, educational films, interactive digital training, and other visual content. You will join a team with broad experience in visual art, interactive training, 3D animation, learning design and technical documentation. Together we build and support solutions for our customers and users around the world. Your role You will collaborate closely with colleagues in our team, such as other instructional designers, visual artists, developers and UX designers. You will also work closely with subject matter experts and our customers to create scripts for different types of digital training, such as online courses, educational films, and VR training solutions. You will work with crafting digital learning material by writing effective educational scripts and storyboarding as well as visualising instructional graphics and designing user interfaces. You will continuously improve your skills in a stimulating environment and there will be time and opportunity for your own personal and professional development. Your profile Your passion lies in creating digital learning materials with exceptional usability and user experience. You are a driven and curious team player with a genuine interest in people, as you will need to collaborate closely with your colleagues to progress with your projects and understand our learners and their learning journey. Since you will be involved in different courses and projects simultaneously, you need to be able to plan and organise your work. You hold a degree in (technical) communication, education, computer science or other relevant fields. You have a couple of years of experience working as an Instructional Designer and script writing for digital training courses or other educational digital media. You are an experienced user of Articulate Storyline 360, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite. You have knowledge of at least one Learning Management System (LMS). You have proven skills in writing effective instructional texts and audio/video scripts. You understand learning theories as well as instructional design models and know how to apply these when creating digital courses. You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in written form. It is an advantage if you have some knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript programming and have working experience within the public sector or university.
