What the role entails Some of the key responsibilities of our Team lead will be: - Manages and oversees the daily performance of the team. - Facilitates communication between team members. - Advocates agile principles and facilitates agile meetings such as daily stand up, retrospective and review meetings. - Advocates DevOps practices and work on continuous improvements in this area. - Encourages direct reports for self-development, mentor teammates both personally and professionally. - Enhances team’s competence and skills through training plans. - Manages team to ensure high performance by meeting/aligning business goals. - Upholds and advocates the Company values and adherence to Company rules and regulations. - Ensures team’s alignment to the Play'n GO culture. - Communicates and leads change. - Focuses the team on the effective execution of delivery and strategy. - Ensures team’s compliance with processes and aligns activities. - Regularly provides and receives open and constructive feedback on performance, behaviour and skills. What we ask of you - At least 5 years of development working experience - Management skills - Has experience in both engineering and coaching - Able to communicate perfectly in both written and spoken English.
