We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Pricing & Contract Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the tender process, developing business cases for large and medium-sized tenders, and optimizing current contracts to secure profitable agreements. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What are you going to do?

• Ensure timely and high-quality tender bid submissions by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyzing tender evaluation models and pricing structures, gathering necessary data for pricing strategies.
• Leading bid strategy development and conducting post-bid analysis.
• Monitoring contract performance and negotiating prices, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Continuously providing mentorship and guidance to the team, colleagues and other functions

What is your background?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in tender pricing, contract management, and business case development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
• An advocate for building strong relationships with colleagues based on trust and mutual respect
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish & English, verbal & written.
