Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior AWS Architect to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Support the implementation project for a Data Catalogue and Data Quality tool within the automotive industry’s AWS cloud solution.
• Facilitate architectural, integration, and security discussions between the client and solution provider.
• Connect the Data Catalogue and Data Quality solution to various sources within the client’s environment, utilizing appropriate connection technologies for optimal setup.
• Handle technical metadata regarding client sources, including table and column information, and usage logs, utilizing SQL coding.
• Establish connections to data sources to read data and calculate Data Quality scores, utilizing API’s, JDBC, or other supported connectors.
• Provide expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, regarding security, connectivity, account setup, and user management, collaborating with specialists within the client and solution provider.
• Discuss and implement different technologies to connect a SaaS solution to AWS accounts, in coordination with the client’s cloud team and security department.
• Assist in connecting solutions to Azure and on-prem data lake solutions, if needed.
• Set up user identification using Azure AD and implement single sign-on, working closely with the Azure AD team.
• Ingest enrichment information via API integrations and rest API, potentially utilizing integration platforms like API manager WSO2.
• Participate in discussions to improve solution setup and enhance user experience and technology visualization.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn, understand, and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in architectural and technical discussions with experts, contributing to solution design and implementation.

What You Bring:

• Expertise in AWS and Azure cloud technologies, with a focus on security, connectivity, and account management.
• Proficiency in connecting solutions to various data sources using appropriate technologies such as API’s, JDBC, and SQL coding.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts, including SSO and SAML, for user identification and access management.
• Strong API skills for ingesting and manipulating data, potentially using integration platforms like WSO2.
• Experience in solution architecture, infrastructure, network, and security, particularly in cloud environments.
• Ability to lead or participate in technical discussions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Desire and ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Familiarity with Collibra components and Data Catalog/Data Quality concepts is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a hybrid (onsite and offsite) environment, if possible.
