Your role We are looking for a Business Controller within Functional Control with a positive mindset, good analytical and communicative skills. You enjoy working in teams as well as working independently. You will bring value to our business unit and the IT organisation. As our business controller you are responsible to deliver an overview of financial follow-ups, together with analyzing and preparing budgets and forecasts, with focus on cost control. Your profile You have an active role to drive changes and improvements, highlight issues and propose actions. You know the importance of building relationships both within and across functions, and can act as a proactive support to the managers in the organisation. To be successful in this role, we also see that you have: * Finance background with experience from project based organisation * Relevant academic degree * Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English * The joy of change and ability to drive change * Experience from financial planning, analysis, budget, and reporting * Experience from IT controlling is a plus * Experience of inform and train the organisation on financial policies and procedures * Mind-set for law and order and drive best practice * Good knowledge in Excel * Knowledge of systems like Agresso, Mercure and HFM is a plus This position is located in Göteborg and Stockholm, Järfälla. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
