Senior Business Controller The Finance Team at H2 Green Steel is now recruiting a Senior Business Controller to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Business Control, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and leading our Business Control function. This is a great opportunity to influence the development of our financial processes and systems in a young, green Industrial company. Responsibilities: - Lead internal financial performance reviews and provide insights to key stakeholders. - Drive the forecast and budget process in collaboration with various departments. - Drive the development of analytical tools to support reporting and analysis needs. - Develop the financial analyses and presentations for management and the Board. - Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function. Skills and Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience from business controlling, preferably in manufacturing or project driven enterprises. - Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. - Strong analytical skills and a passion for financial performance management. - Comfortable working independently and in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Power BI.
