Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Engineer will be:
Collaborate with the sales, administrative, and management teams to contribute technically to various projects
Organize and monitor deliveries, maintain close customer relations, and liaise with suppliers
Provide technical support for the installation, maintenance, and use of machine tools
Offer technical support for CADCAM/Solidcam (technical sales, training, aftersales)
Engage in CAD drawing with proficiency, utilizing reverse engineering scanners to create 3D drawings of parts
Commission and maintain 3D printers, manage in-house 3D printing production (Polymer + Metal)
Provide technical sales support for the sale of 3D printers
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
3+ years of experience - 2 years of hands on experience with machine tools is required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering
Experience with CAD
A minimum C1 level of both Dutch and English is required – French is a plus.
Strong computer skills
Ability to travel within Belgium
Valid driver's license (B)
