Who we are At Novacura we are passionate about solutions that enable our customers to work smarter and faster in their businesses. We work with several business systems and our own unique product - Novacura Flow, a low-code development platform that helps, among others, to extend ERP systems. We are a global organization with close cooperation between our offices in different countries and we have high ambitions to continue to develop and grow in all our markets. Program overview We're now accepting applications for our next Trainee Program, starting in September 2024. The program is comprised of two parts. The first part is a one-month bootcamp at our office in Uppsala. You will all work together on site in Uppsala regardless of which country/city you are employed in. This is a training and orientation in Novacura's culture, organization, products, tools and work methods combined with real life examples. You learn, among other things, basic development using Novacura Flow, SQL and you learn about the business system IFS Applications. This is a good way of creating your first professional network within Novacura. You connect with the other participants, with the teachers and mentors, as well as the consultants working at the Uppsala office. In the program's second part, we'll collaboratively determine your preferred direction, based on insights gained in the initial part. Maybe you want to focus on guiding our customers in how the ERP system IFS applications can enhance business processes? Or do you prefer developing applications for improved efficiency and mobility? This phase emphasizes gaining valuable customer experience by shadowing your mentor in their day-to-day activities. Continuous support from your mentor and colleagues, coupled with in-depth focus on your chosen area, ensures a seamless transition to becoming an independent consultant. This phase takes place in your home country, working from the local office. You have completed or are about to complete your education in IT/Computer Science and are eager to learn all aspects of an IT project, from coding to implementing solutions for customers. You have great communication skills and can turn customer needs into digital solutions if given the right set of tools. You enjoy working with others, both as part of a team and with customers.
