CGI is expanding its business analyst practice in Stockholm. We are looking for consultants who will be key contributors in understanding and solving a diverse set of challenges for our financial services clients.

You will join our Financial Services unit in Stockholm and will be working with CGI’s financial services clients in their transformation engagements.

Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter

You will help our clients in their transformation initiatives across different lines of business.

• You will independently engage with expert stakeholders at Swedish top tier Banks and Insurance companies to solve their most demanding problems.

• You will be an expert in solving complex digital initiatives, facilitate decision making process and quickly find solutions to any emerging obstacles.

• The deliverables will require you to collaborate with highly skilled multi-disciplinary teams spread across geographies.

• You will leverage your experience and knowledge in a dynamic environment to conceptualize, plan and implement business solutions at the intersection of processes, data, and technology.

• You will need to quickly build relations as well as influence individuals and teams to deliver impact.

Kvalifikationer för att bli framgångsrik denna roll

We are looking for talent from consulting, technology, or financial services to join us. We wish to hear from you if you have:

• A bachelor’s/master’s degree with major in Economics/Business/IT/Technology or similar.

• Demonstrated experience working across transformation projects within financial services.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills – working with all levels and parts of the organization.

What makes you stand out?

You have good knowledge and a personal viewpoint on key trends in financial services and prior experience in working with financial services players in Sweden and the Nordics. You have an excellent understanding of the banking insurance industry and domain expertise in any or multiple lines of business within financial services. You also have good communication skills and can easily conduct interviews, hold workshops, and present analytical findings and recommendations both orally and written.
