Back end Developer

Our tech team is at the very core of our business. The team enables us to scale and deliver the smartest insurance platform there is. We focus on building a flexible system that enables us to expand across different EU markets. Further, we work on improving the customer journey by reducing manual processes via automation. The tech team works closely with our business units, and their stakeholders, to ensure that our development work has the right impact on our business output.
What about the role?
As a Backend Developer, you will work with a talented team to build our microservices in an event-driven way. Our tech stack looks like this:

We're looking to hire five developers of varying seniority levels.
What About you?
We're very interested in developers with experience in the above-mentioned tech stack. The more experienced, the better. We don't, however, just look for developers with only those skills. We believe that a good developer is a problem-solver who is capable of learning any new tech stack.
We highly value both a good attitude and personality and place a lot of emphasis on these "soft skills". With the right levels of both, we are willing to hire and cross-train developers with experience in other tech stacks. Further, we look for developers who aim high and don't play it safe. We love creative problem-solvers who are not afraid to try new things and fail. We expect our developers to be the kind of team players who enjoy solving problems with their team.
