French-speaking Customer Service / Sales Support for an exciting company in northwestern Skåne

If so, you might be just the person we’re looking for! Our client is a successful company with international operations that is now looking for a dedicated Customer Service / Sales Support who is fluent in English and French, Italian and/or Finnish.

You’ll be part of a great customer service team where you’ll professionally help customers find the right solution, primarily via email and phone. You’ll work in customer service and consultative sales, guiding customers towards the right solutions in a sales-oriented manner. You’ll also handle after-sales matters and provide some technical support. The role requires good communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist customers with advice and problem-solving
• Carry out consultative sales
• Handle after-sales matters
• Contribute to high-quality customer support and an optimal customer experience

Your profile:

We are looking for someone with experience in sales, sales support or customer service. We would like you to have technical skills and a problem-solving aptitude, combined with strong communication skills. You are a confident computer user and feel comfortable in a digital working environment. It is essential that you have excellent written communication skills with fluency in English, as well as French, Italian and/or Finnish. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.

As a person, you are curious, down-to-earth and solution oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility, working independently and are committed to providing excellent service with a customer-focused approach.
