Project Manager – System Implementation

Location: Uppsala, Sweden

Working Method: Hybrid / Partial Remote

Assignment Period: 13 January 2027 – 30 June 2027, with an option to extend until 30 June 2028

Scope: 80–100%

Seniority: Competency Level 3

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead system implementation projects within property management and purchasing. The consultant will drive implementation activities, coordinate stakeholders and system vendors, and support business process development and change management.

The ideal candidate can take responsibility from day one, manage complex system environments, and ensure that project milestones and objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate system implementation projects.

• Manage project plans, timelines, risks and deliverables.

• Coordinate system integrations, workflows and business processes.
• 
  
• Support organizational change and the development of new working methods.
• 
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and system vendors.
• 
  
• Drive project progress and ensure successful implementation.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• 
  
• Documented experience as the main Project Manager in at least one ongoing or completed Pigello implementation project.
• 
  
• Documented experience as the main Project Manager in at least one ongoing or completed Visma Proceedo implementation project, covering the invoice module, purchasing module or both.
• 
  
• Very good understanding of Pigello and Visma Proceedo functionality, processes and integrations.
• 
  
• Experience managing complex, integration-intensive system environments.
• 
  
• Good understanding of property management processes.
• 
  
• Documented experience in the real estate industry.
• 
  
• Experience in change management and business process development.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• 
  
• Very good Swedish skills, both spoken and written.
