About the position

Perido is looking for an IT Business & System Analyst for our client, a global leader in the transport and automotive industry. In this role, you will support the development, operation, and continuous improvement of HR systems, HR data, and reporting solutions within the R&D organization. You will play a key role in translating HR business requirements into reliable system and reporting solutions, ensuring high data quality, and contributing to more standardized and efficient HR processes and tools.

The work environment is hybrid, with an expectation of being in the office 2–3 days per week to foster team collaboration (specific days will be agreed upon within the team).

Your daily tasks

• Manage and validate HR data, ensuring quality, consistency, and transparency
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards based on business needs
• Translate HR requirements into functional system and reporting solutions
• Support testing, releases, and enhancements of HR systems and reporting solutions
• Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and automation
• Provide functional support, documentation, and guidance to HR users
• Work independently within clearly defined areas of responsibility, analyze data and system-related issues, and propose practical solutions

You have strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively across teams, including HR, HR Controlling, IT, and other relevant stakeholders. Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent education in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, IT, or similar
• Experience or good knowledge within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting
• Experience with SAP-based HR applications and analytics solutions, for example SuccessFactors, Datasphere or SAC, or equivalent systems
• Good skills in SQL and Excel
• Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis
• Experience working with enterprise applications and data, preferably within an HR environment
• Fluent in English

Meritorious:

• Additional education or training within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT, or Enterprise Reporting
• Good skills in Power BI
• Understanding of SAP HR data models and enterprise integrations (deep SAP configuration knowledge is not required)
• Knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, scripting, or AI-assisted reporting)
• Fluent in Swedish, German, or Portuguese
