Accelerate our digitalization journey

Our digitalization journey is transforming how we develop the competence of our co-workers, how we work internally, and how we interact with dealers across Europe and customers worldwide. Sustainable transport set up and solutions is an area we also see a big focus on moving forward.

As our Digitalization Driver, your purpose will be to accelerate that journey and turn business needs and opportunities into tangible digital improvements. ​​

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will identify business needs, pain points and inefficiencies, challenge existing ways of working, and translate business problems into clear digital requirements and opportunities. This may involve automation, data analytics, AI and machine learning, dashboards, applications, or other digital solutions. This job is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What you will do

• Shape and drive our digitalization roadmap for Service Operations, building, governing and executing it in line with our strategic ambitions for 2030. The main focus is in the Transport area. ​ Create clarity and visibility by communicating roadmap priorities, progress and achievements and preparing clear presentations, status updates and visualizations of business value, risks and next steps.
• Drive towards smarter ways of working through data management, process standardization, RPA, AI solutions and orchestration of digital assets. ​​
• Turn business needs into digital opportunities by identifying pain points and inefficiencies, defining problems, scope, users, expected outcomes and business value, and assessing feasible solutions. ​ Build a structured digitalization pipeline, helping collect and assess new ideas while maintaining visibility of requests, initiatives, priorities, ownership and status.
• Explore and apply technology by identifying opportunities for automation, data analytics, AI/ML, dashboards and applications, while continuously exploring emerging technologies that could enable the next leap forward. ​​
• Develop and improve digital solutions using technologies such as Python, Power BI, Databricks, Power Platform and automation tools, including supporting testing, validation and continuous improvement. ​
• Build engagement and digital capability, reaching out across teams to support change management, digital competence development and adoption of new solutions. ​​​

Required knowledge and experience

• An MSc in Engineering, Economics, Computer Sciences, Management or Logistics, or equivalent knowledge gained through proven experience. ​​
• Knowledge or experience in areas such as process design, information analysis, Robotic Process Automation, Agentic Automation and AI, Python, cloud technology and data management. ​​
• The ability to connect business requirements with suitable digital solutions and technologies. ​
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with enthusiasm for inspiring colleagues and enabling change. ​
