Job description:

Are you a hands-on communicator who enjoys working where people, technology, and change come together? This role offers the opportunity to support global HR projects, develop clear communication, and help shape accessible digital experiences across Epiroc.

It all starts with people. People like you.

This is a temporary position until spring 2028.

Your mission

In this role, you will provide support during a period of significant activity across HR communications and digital change. Your mission is to make HR information, tools, and changes easier to understand and use. You will combine hands-on delivery with thoughtful coordination, ensuring that communication is timely, content is reliable, and change management activities remain connected to the needs of employees, managers, and HR colleagues.

Working with HR process owners, project teams, application owners, and regional stakeholders, you will help keep our SharePoint Epiroc HR Portal useful and current while supporting communication and adoption for active HR projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administer the Epiroc HR Portal and associated SharePoint sites, including pages, news, documents, navigation, permissions, publishing requests, and scheduled content reviews.
  • Draft, review, publish, and coordinate HR news, emails, announcements, presentations, guides, newsletters, and other communication materials for defined audiences.
  • Maintain change management and communication plans for active HR projects, track actions and deadlines, identify affected groups, and support engagement, training, feedback, readiness, and adoption activities.
  • Prepare and update practical change materials such as presentations, FAQs, guides, toolkits, stakeholder information, and ADKAR-based assessments or plans.
  • Support UX reviews of prioritized HR applications, portals, forms, dashboards, and user journeys for clarity, accessibility, consistency, and ease of use, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor portal and communication analytics, identify engagement or usability trends, and share basic insights with HR stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with content owners and project teams, resolve basic SharePoint questions, and escalate technical, strategic, or scope-related matters to the appropriate owner.

Your profile

You are a collaborative and service-minded communicator who enjoys making complex information clear. You are comfortable working across functions and cultures, following up on details, and balancing several requests without losing sight of the audience. You bring curiosity for digital tools, care about accessible and inclusive experiences, and can move confidently between planning and hands-on delivery.

Required experience:

  • Experience in internal communication, corporate communication, employee communication, employer branding, change management communication, or a related field, preferably in a complex international organization.
  • Practical SharePoint experience, or strong digital aptitude and the interest to build SharePoint capability quickly; experience with content publishing, governance, and basic analytics is valued.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, stakeholder coordination, communication planning, or user-experience reviews, with the ability to create clear materials in English.
  • Experience with UX design of applications, identifying usability issues, unclear terminology, unnecessary complexity and other UX issues
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot

Location and other

The primary location is Sweden (Örebro or Stockholm), however, candidates elsewhere in the EMENA region may also be considered.
