We are looking for a Career Site Content & Experience Consultant to join a global Talent Acquisition transformation initiative. In this role, you will help create a world-class career site that attracts, engages and inspires talent across different markets and career stages.
You will take ownership of career site content across key candidate journeys, working closely with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Communications, HR stakeholders and external partners. Your responsibilities will include conducting stakeholder interviews, developing and editing website copy, employee stories and visual content, and coordinating content reviews and publishing activities.
You will also work closely with an external career site provider to implement content and functionality within Workday, while supporting testing and quality assurance across desktop and mobile. A key part of the role is to continuously improve candidate journeys and create an engaging, intuitive and seamless digital experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need:Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, career site content or talent attraction.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging candidate-focused content.
Experience managing digital content projects with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
Understanding of candidate experience, UX and digital engagement.
Experience working with websites, CMS platforms, career sites or talent acquisition technologies.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams independently.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
