🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Calibration Engineer / Calibration Leader | Gothenburg

We’re looking for an experienced R&D Calibration Leader to join Aurobay Technologies, part of Horse Powertrain, and lead projects within Controls, Diagnostics, and Powertrain development.

📍 Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

🏢 Work setup: On-site (0% remote)

📅 Assignment: 19 October 2026 – 19 October 2027

💼 Visa: Sweden Work Authorization visa is mandatory and no visa sponsorship is available for this role.

⏳ Availability: Immediately/On a short notice

🔧 About the Role

As a Calibration Leader, you’ll take ownership of projects ranging from a few months to approximately one year.

Your primary focus will be on planning, prioritization, coordination, and project follow-up, while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery to both internal and external customers.

Key areas of the projects include:

• 🚗 Powertrain calibration and development
• Emissions
• Vehicle attributes
• Performance
• On-Board Diagnostics (OBD)
• Project planning and prioritization
• Progress tracking and reporting
• Internal alignment and stakeholder management
• Customer meetings, discussions, and presentations
• Budget estimation, monitoring, and follow-up
• Balancing project scope, budget, and delivery

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys leading cross-functional teams, and is comfortable managing projects involving both technical and customer-facing responsibilities.

Required:

• Proven experience in project leadership
• Experience in powertrain development

Preferred:

• Experience with powertrain software development
• Understanding of powertrain attributes, emissions, and OBD
