As a Software Engineer within our Customs & International IT organization, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving business-critical integrations and applications that support international shipping and customs processes across the Nordic region and beyond.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute throughout the entire product lifecycle, from requirements and design to implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Design, develop, maintain, and support integration solutions and applications

• Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions

• Ensure high standards of quality, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability

• Drive and contribute to technical improvements and modernization initiatives

• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team

• Share knowledge, challenge existing ways of working, and help drive technical excellence

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Required experience and skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with TIBCO products

• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and integration architecture

• Experience working in Agile development environments

• Experience with requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions

• Knowledge of security, compliance, and software quality best practices

• Experience driving process improvements and contributing to technical and operational excellence

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
