Help us maintain the information backbone of Axis. Axis is entering a new phase of enterprise data maturity, and we are looking for an experienced Information Architect to join our newly formed Enterprise Information Architecture function in Lund. If you think in terms of data ownership, information governance, and how AI is about to change what "structured information" even means, read on! Why now? Axis is growing fast, and our data landscape is growing with it: more systems, more markets, and more AI-driven use cases competing for the same information. We have a solid technical foundation, including an ISO 27001-certified information security management system, and we are now ready to build the next layer. Who is your future team? You will join a senior team skilled in information architecture and information security, responsible for areas such as our ISO 27001 certification. Together, you form Axis's function for enterprise information architecture, helping us safeguard and enable our information foundation across the company - for both people and systems, AI included. You will work closely with departments, data owners and architects across all business areas, and with senior stakeholders who need a clear, trustworthy picture of the company's information landscape. What you'll do here as Information Architect You will work with the practical building blocks of enterprise information architecture, turning direction and ambition into concrete models, tools, and ways of working. As this function is still taking shape, you will not just carry out the work - you will help shape how it is done. What you build here will influence how Axis structures, protects, and makes use of its information for years to come. In this role, you will:

• Map information and data flows across systems and business areas
• Define and document data ownership, classification, and usage rules
• Build and refine information models, taxonomies, and metadata structures
• Run meetings, forums and workshops with stakeholders to capture how information is used
• Translate your findings into clear guardrails, recommendations, and documentation
• Contribute to the tools and structures that support information governance, including our information security management platform

Who are you? You are curious by nature and comfortable when things are not yet fully defined. You like figuring out how something should work, rather than following an existing playbook. You take ownership of your work, and you also see the value of a team where people bring different perspectives and experiences. As part of a newly formed unit, you are pragmatic - you know when to build something thorough, and when a good-enough answer is what moves things forward. The role is highly collaborative, so you communicate clearly with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders: technical depth with architects, clarity with business stakeholders. You actively contribute to a good team spirit.

You are forward-leaning when it comes to AI and new technologies, and you look forward to building for the future. We'd love to hear that you have:

• Solid knowledge of information architecture and how to implement it in a global organization, including the ability to explain the importance of topics like data governance to stakeholders without losing them in jargon
• The ability to turn ambiguity into concrete, well-reasoned recommendations
• Professional working proficiency in Swedish and English, spoken and written

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience of information architecture, data governance, or a similar role in a global enterprise
• Experience of contributing to or building information governance capabilities
• Working knowledge of data ownership models, classification and sensitivity frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles
• Experience of cross-functional initiatives in global, multi-site organizations, and of building consensus across business areas that do not report to you
• A strong grasp of how AI is changing requirements on data structure, access, and trust
