Who are we?

We are a French artisanal bakery, established for almost 3 years in the heart of Sundsvall, on the Baltic Sea coast.

Our project has grown, and we now have two bakeries in Sundsvall. We are looking for a new experienced baker to join our team and help us continue developing this project.

Every day, we work with passion on:

• Sourdough breads
• House-made croissant and laminated doughs
• Classic Swedish fika pastries
• High-quality, carefully selected ingredients

We are a small, independent bakery with an open and thoughtfully designed workspace, where collaboration, craftsmanship, and product quality are at the heart of what we do.

The position

We are looking for an experienced and autonomous baker to join our team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is confident working independently and who has a strong understanding of sourdough fermentation and laminated doughs.

As our team grows and our activity now spans two bakeries, we are looking for someone who can take responsibility for their work, organize their production efficiently, and maintain a consistently high standard without needing constant supervision.

Swedish employment contract – 80% (4 days/week)

Start date: November 2, 2026

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in artisanal baking
• Strong experience with sourdough breads and natural fermentation
• Excellent knowledge of croissant and laminated doughs, including lamination and fermentation
• Autonomous and confident in managing your own production
• Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently independently
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to product quality
• Versatile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small team
• Motivated to contribute to a growing, human-centered bakery project

Swedish is not required initially. English is required.
