Teamtailor makes recruitment software. We're hiring one product designer to work on site at our Stockholm office. You'll work in six-week Shape Up cycles, paired with a developer, and own the design of each project from research to shipped code.

Requirements

• University degree (bachelor's or higher) in design, interaction design or psychology
• Professional experience as a product designer at a software company
• Experience building or rebuilding design system components to WCAG 2.1 AA
• Experience prototyping in working HTML/CSS with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
• Experience with Figma, including design tokens and Figma MCP
• Experience planning and running user research and usability tests
• Fluent English
• Able to work on site at our Stockholm office

Details

Full-time, permanent. On site in Stockholm. Start date by agreement.

1. Two short online assessments (for personality and logical ability)
2. A short interview with the hiring manager
3. Meet designers from the Product team
4. A working session with one of our designers where you’ll pair on a real problem
