You will step into a role where you lead installation and improvement projects that help develop industrial operations in a complex manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on assignment for someone who enjoys creating structure, moving work forward, and turning challenges into practical solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and manage several parallel initiatives with different scope and complexity. The role offers a high degree of ownership and freedom, and it suits you if you are comfortable making decisions, building momentum, and keeping focus on results. • You will lead several parallel installation and industrial engineering projects from planning through implementation.
• You will create clarity in the work, set direction, and keep momentum toward agreed goals.
• You will manage scope, timelines, budget, and quality to support successful project execution.
• You will coordinate stakeholders across functions and build effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will identify risks early, handle obstacles, and drive practical solutions forward.
• You will deliver improvements that create business value and meet the needs of internal stakeholders.

• You have post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• You have several years of professional experience in roles where problem solving, responsibility, and independent decision making have been central.
• You have experience leading people, teams, projects, initiatives, or operational activities.
• You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of priorities and outcomes.
• You can communicate professionally in English and Swedish.

• Project management experience.
• Experience from industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of installation projects, engineering, production development, or continuous improvement.
