In this role, you will help keep the production of large motors and generators running smoothly by turning demand, capacity, and material availability into clear and realistic manufacturing plans. You will work in a complex production environment where the quality of the plan has a direct impact on delivery precision, resource utilization, and the overall factory flow.

You will collaborate closely with procurement, project management, production management, and other planners to make sure your production line is aligned with the wider factory plan. Just as important, you will follow up on execution, spot deviations early, and help drive improvements when reality does not match the plan. This is a great opportunity for you who enjoy combining analysis, coordination, and continuous improvement in a business-critical manufacturing setting.

• You will create detailed production schedules that maximize the use of resources and support production targets.
• You will plan the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet delivery needs and stay aligned with the master plan.
• You will coordinate with other planners to ensure your plans fit into the overall factory schedule.
• You will follow up on how the plan is executed and work proactively to secure on-time delivery.
• You will monitor performance, identify root causes behind deviations, and contribute to relevant improvements.
• You will work closely with Production Supervisors and communicate clearly around production capacity and material availability.

• Experience in production planning
• Good knowledge in Excel
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken alike
• You have a strong ability to identify and solve problems in an appropriate and professional manner.
• You communicate clearly and work well with several stakeholders.
• You adapt easily to a rapidly changing environment.
• You are comfortable managing multiple priorities at the same time.

• Preferably good knowledge in SAP
