You will help strengthen a Loyalty & Rewards offering in a global retail environment where seamless integrations are critical to the customer experience. In this role, you will connect a SaaS-based loyalty and promotion platform with business-critical systems such as POS, E-commerce, ERP, and sign-up services, making sure data, transactions, and customer journeys work reliably across markets.

You will work in a product-focused setup where integration quality, automation, and stable deliveries matter just as much as new development. The role combines hands-on engineering with close collaboration across product, architecture, and development, making it a great opportunity if you enjoy solving real integration challenges in a complex technical landscape.

• You will design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between the loyalty platform and connected systems such as POS, E-commerce, ERP, and Sign-Up Portal.
• You will build quality into the development flow and help ensure the product meets business and user expectations.
• You will create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, including testing and deployment practices that support continuous delivery.
• You will work with large data sets to support data imports for new market rollouts as well as exports for reporting and business intelligence.
• You will produce and maintain technical documentation such as API and integration specifications, development guidelines, architecture diagrams, error-handling descriptions, security compliance material, CI/CD processes, and release notes.
• You will monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability through the right tools and processes.
• You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Developers, and System Architects to align integration work with product goals and long-term technical direction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with at least three years focused on integration and microservice development.
• Proficiency in C# on • NET and familiarity with common programming design principles.
• Proven experience developing REST APIs, webhooks and event-driven integrations using Pub/Sub pattern on Azure Cloud Platform, utilizing ASP.NET.
• Experience working with complex DevOps pipelines, including automated QA and deployment.
• Demonstrated experience working with large data sets such as ETL.
• Experience working in large enterprises.
