Lead a Team of Registered Nurses Providing Medical Assistance Worldwide
Are you an inspiring leader who wants to make a difference every day?
At Viking Travel Care, we help travellers who become ill or injured while abroad. From our offices in Torrevieja and Fuengirola, Spain, we provide travel and medical assistance services 24/7, 365 days a year to customers and travellers worldwide.
We are now looking for a Team Leader for our Medical Assistance Coordinator (Nurse) team.
Our Nurses are experienced Registered Nurses from the Nordic countries. They assess medical reports, coordinate treatment, communicate with healthcare providers around the world, handle own medical cases, and support travellers during some of life's most challenging moments. They also serve as an important medical resource for colleagues across the Travel Care operation.
As Team Leader, you will have day-to-day personnel responsibility for a team of highly skilled nurses, supporting their development and helping ensure that the Medical Assistance team works in a structured, professional, and reliable way.
You will work closely with Viking Travel Care's Medical Management and Operations Management teams, as well as fellow Team Leaders, to support the continued development of our medical assistance services. In this role, you will act as an important link between the Medical Assistance team and management, helping translate strategic priorities into daily operations, quality improvements, and employee development.
This is a unique opportunity to combine healthcare expertise with people leadership in an international and fast-paced environment.
