As Line Lead, you will have a key leadership role with significant responsibility and impact. You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations that support our transformation journey. You will lead daily operations, develop your team, and ensure strong performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Impact You'll Own

  • Lead, plan, and develop production operations to ensure delivery of business objectives and performance targets.
  • Build, coach, and develop the team to create a safe, engaged, and high-performing organization.
  • Identify and eliminate losses through structured problem-solving and improvement initiatives.
  • Support operational excellence and business transformation through successful implementation of new processes and ways of working.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily production operations to achieve performance and business objectives.
  • Coach and develop team members to build capability, engagement, and accountability.
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and company requirements.
  • Monitor production performance using KPI’s and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify and eliminate losses through structured problem-solving and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead change initiatives, projects, and implementation of new ways of working.
  • Contribute to business strategy deployment and long-term operational excellence.

Skills & Capabilities

Requirements

  • A post-secondary degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, or coordinating teams.
  • Proven experience working with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, IWS, TPM, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality management, and workplace safety.
  • Experience in driving performance through KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with budget ownership and cost management.
  • Experience in change management and project leadership.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, visualization tools, and digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Experience developing autonomous or self-sufficient teams.
