An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Shipping Coordinator. In this role, you will be an important part of our dynamic Supply Chain team, ensuring that shipments are delivered efficiently and on time to customers around the world! This is a fixed-term position continuing until May 2028. Please note that the duration of the assignment and the end date may be subject to change depending on project requirements and business needs.
What you will be doing
As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering export and import activities in compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and customer requirements. Ensures that all required documentation is accurate and complete, and that shipments are executed in accordance with customs regulations, trade compliance requirements, and agreed commercial terms. The role also provides support to the organization on matters related to customs, international trade, and Incoterms.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in international logistics, transportation, or shipping operations and a solid understanding of customs regulations, export/import procedures, and international trade terms, including Incoterms. To succeed in this role, you should have strong administrative and organizational skills, preferably gained in a fast-paced environment with experience working in ERP systems.
You are an effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English and have a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. A structured, service-minded, and proactive approach will help you thrive in this dynamic and customer-focused role.
Since we are a company working with customers in the Naval segment, questions related to citizenship will be part of the selection process. Security clearance is required for this position, therefore Swedish citizenship, or alternatively currently living in Sweden with residency for a minimum of 5 years, is a demand.
