About the job
You lead HR due diligence, integration planning, and post-deal execution across mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you identify people-related risks and opportunities, translate insights into actionable priorities, and ensure successful integration outcomes. In addition, you may lead strategic projects focused on organizational transformation and business change. You report directly to the Vice President and Head of HR for Machining and work with multiple senior stakeholders across Machining and Sandvik.
Job responsibilities
Location
This role is preferably based in Stockholm, Sweden, while other locations may be considered for the right candidate. Global travel is a natural part of the job as the position involves international collaboration.
Your profile
A strong combination of strategic thinking and practical execution enables success in this position. You bring extensive experience from HR M&A environments and are comfortable navigating complex, international organizations while balancing advisory work with hands-on delivery.
