You will take a key role in shaping how Lumera integrations are designed and used in a complex life and pension environment. The focus is on helping several development teams make strong architectural and technical decisions early, so integrations between Lumera, CAL, and digital channels become scalable, reliable, and reusable.

This role combines hands-on integration expertise with long-term capability building. You will work closely with developers, architects, business analysts, and platform specialists to guide solution design, strengthen ways of working, and build lasting Lumera integration knowledge across the organization. • You support development teams in analysis and solution design for Lumera integrations.
• You define and quality-assure API calls, service interactions, and integration patterns.
• You guide teams on how Lumera services should interact with CAL and digital channels to create efficient end-to-end flows.
• You help ensure new solutions follow recommended Lumera patterns, reusable integration principles, and the target architecture.
• You contribute to the transition from tactical integrations to a more strategic integration approach.
• You act as a go-to expert for Lumera-related integration questions across multiple teams and initiatives.
• You coach and train employees in Lumera integration design, API usage, and recommended ways of working.
• You create and maintain technical documentation, practical guidelines, and reusable examples that teams can use independently over time.
• You facilitate knowledge sharing and reuse of integration solutions and design patterns across teams.
• You build sustainable ways of working that reduce dependency on individual specialists.

• You have senior experience working with Lumera and Lumera integrations.
• You have a strong understanding of APIs, service interactions, and integration architecture.
• You have experience designing high-performing and scalable integration solutions.
• You can translate business and system requirements into robust technical solutions.
• You have experience working with both tactical and strategic integration solutions.
• You have proven ability to coach, train, and transfer technical knowledge to developers and other specialists.
• You can produce clear and maintainable technical documentation, guidelines, and reusable examples.
• You collaborate well with developers, architects, business analysts, and platform specialists.
• You work independently while actively involving and developing internal employees.
