We are now recruiting a Local Study Associate Director, Feasibility Lead to join our team in Stockholm. This is a chance to play an important role in our cell therapy portfolio, using your operational insight, strategic thinking, and collaborative approach to help set studies up for success.

About the role As Local Study Associate Director, Feasibility Lead, you will be at the heart of country-level feasibility for AstraZeneca's internally delivered cell therapy studies. You will help shape key decisions on study design, site selection, recruitment forecasting, and retention planning, ensuring that local insight translates into strong, realistic study plans.
You will also play an important role in local study delivery, leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure studies are progressed in line with timelines, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.
You will work closely with colleagues across Feasibility, Global Project Teams, Medical Affairs, Site Management & Monitoring, Site Partnerships, Patient Operations, and Study Management, as well as with investigators and site personnel externally. Your ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and bring people together around shared goals will be central to success in this role.
