What will you do?

You will drive your career and development growth within the Karlskrona R&D Center's strategic competence domains (Cloud Native, Fintech, AI Native, DevOps, Security and Autonomous Network). Your role will encompass a wide range of development activities aimed at enhancing your software craftsmanship and contribute to our products and customers.

You will work on challenging assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in large‑scale software development while gradually transitioning into a permanent operational area.

The skills you bring

• A spirit of positiveness and creativeness with a can-do-attitude in collaboration with others
• A willingness to explore new opportunities, continuously learn and impact together with the team, and a genuine enjoyment of software development.
• Ability to develop qualitative code in languages such as Java, Golang or similar. It is meriting if you know frontend technologies.
• Knowledge in development tools like Git and Jenkins as well as cloud technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with operating systems, networking fundamental, Infrastructure‑as‑Code and configuration management concepts (e.g. Ansible, Terraform) is also meriting
• Make use of AI to amplify your skills in software development
• Personal leaderships skills to take responsibility for your tasks and own development.
• MSc or BSc level in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Security, IT or equivalent
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience from Ericsson is a merit.
