Restaurant General Manager – Taco Bell Stockholm

We are building Taco Bell in Scandinavia — and we want operators who want to build with us.

Taco Bell is expanding across Scandinavia, and we are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of one of our Stockholm restaurants.

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for people, P&L, operational standards, and overall restaurant performance. We are looking for a leader who brings strong operational direction, builds high-performing teams, and drives continuous improvement.

The Role As Restaurant General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for your restaurant's people, operations, and financial performance.

• Lead & Develop – Coach, develop, and hold your management team and crew accountable.

• Drive Commercial Results – Own P&L, sales, labour cost, COGS, and key operational KPIs.

• Lead from the Floor – Be visible and hands-on in the operation, setting the standard for speed, quality, and guest experience.

• Drive Execution – Ensure food safety, cleanliness, quality, and Taco Bell standards are consistently delivered.

• Build Your Team – Retain and develop talent, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders.

• Plan for the Business – Build effective schedules and staffing plans that match demand and business needs.

• Turn Data into Action – Understand performance, identify opportunities, and take clear action to improve results.

Who You Are

• Experienced Operator – 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume QSR, fast-casual, or retail environment.

• Commercially Minded – Comfortable owning financial performance, labour costs, and operational KPIs.

• Accountable & Hands-On – You lead by example and take ownership when results are not where they need to be.

• People Leader – You know how to build teams, develop managers, and create accountability.

• Structured Operator – You use data and clear routines to drive consistent execution.

• Strong Communicator – Approachable, clear, and professional, with the ability to build trust with both team members and leaders.
