We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team. You will be based at our Malmö office and play a key role in our Brand & Marketing function, ensuring campaigns, projects and content are delivered efficiently, on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the marketing calendar and flywheel
• Coordinate projects, campaigns and content across markets
• Align teams, agencies and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Manage content production, website updates and localisation
• Quality-assure all marketing material before publication

We believe you have:

• Experience in marketing operations, project management or coordination
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience working with stakeholders, agencies and international teams
• Good understanding of digital marketing and content production
• Fluency in English

You are structured, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong drive to execute. You enjoy coordinating others, creating clarity and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
