You will help shape scalable Pega applications in a complex enterprise environment where architecture, performance, and integration quality are critical. This role combines hands-on development with architectural influence, giving you the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA while guiding how Pega solutions are designed and delivered. It is a strong fit if you want to work deeply with Pega Infinity and Constellation and have real impact on large-scale solution design.

• You will design and guide scalable, high-performing Pega application architecture.
• You will build and implement complex workflows, decisioning logic, and integrations with external systems.
• You will identify, create, and maintain reusable components that support consistency across solutions.
• You will troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product and related databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• You will provide architecture and design guidance to project teams throughout delivery.
• You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA to move features from scope to implementation.
• You will support feature scoping and sizing and guide team members in using the latest Pega studios and tools.

• For an LSA profile: 8+ years of experience of pega PRPC development, 2+ years of experience in the LSA role, and Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• For an SSA profile: 4+ years of experience in pega PRPC development, 2+ years of experience in the SSA role, and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Project experience implementing in Pega Infinity.
• Hands-on Pega development experience in Constellation configuration.
• Experience in architecture design for large Pega solutions.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions.
• Fluency in English.
