Assignment Description

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Design, develop and operate scalable Java backend services
• Build and maintain APIs and microservice-based solutions
• Develop integration and routing services connecting multiple systems
• Work hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Design service-to-service communication and distributed solutions
• Support AI-driven and human-assisted customer service experiences
• Contribute to a standardized data model for unified customer context
• Collaborate with engineering, product and data teams
• Contribute to technical architecture and platform improvements
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, security and observability
• Develop and maintain frontend functionality using React and TypeScript
• Work with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, routing and data fetching
• Develop automated tests using Jest and React Testing Library
• Contribute to integration, component and production-level testing
• Take ownership and independently drive technical work forward

What You Bring

• Strong professional experience with Java backend development
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong experience designing and developing integrations and APIs
• Good understanding of distributed systems and service-to-service communication
• Experience with routing services or complex integration environments
• Experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js
• Experience building production-grade applications
• Good understanding of performance, security, observability and accessibility
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing requirements
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
