Are you passionate about connecting customer demand with supply planning and buying decisions? We're looking for a Demand & Supply Lead who will play a key role in ensuring our sales market demand is translated into effective supply plans and buying volumes across Continent Latin America, Middle East & Africa.

In this role, you will work closely with Global Supply Planning, Global Product, Logistics and our sales markets to balance demand and supply, identify risks and opportunities, and secure strong execution throughout the buying process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Demand & Supply Lead, you will be responsible for translating sales market demand plans into supply plans and buying volumes across the continent.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring that aggregated sales market demand plans align with continent targets and supply plans.
• Providing local market input to supply planning, such as seasonality, climate and market-specific demand patterns.
• Reviewing and optimizing channel splits and planning parameters to improve forecast accuracy and supply outcomes.
• Identifying gaps between global supply plans and sales market demand, and recommending actions to address risks and opportunities.
• Acting as the key point of contact for Buying Quantification topics between LATAM & MEA, Global Supply Planning and Global Product.
• Following up on buying execution and supporting alignment between approved supply plans and order writing.
• Driving in-season forecasting and providing insights on supply needs towards Global Product.

You will also oversee pre-season stock allocation across planning dimensions and warehouses by:

• Monitoring allocation and planning data in tools such as Anaplan and Pluto.
• Securing that allocation reflects both commercial priorities and agreed sales market plans.
• Following up on allocation deviations, disruptions and planning risks together with Global Supply Planning and Logistics.
• Capturing learnings and contributing to the continuous improvement of allocation processes, planning logic and tools.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will join the newly established Continent LATAM & MEA team, and the Continent Supply Planning team. While the continent office is based in Stockholm, our team is truly international, with colleagues located across sales markets in Latin America and Africa.

In this role, you'll work closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, Product teams and stakeholders across our sales markets, giving you the opportunity to build strong connections across the organisation.

We are looking for a commercially minded planner with a strong understanding of how demand, supply and buying decisions come together to create the best customer offer.

You are analytical and comfortable working with complex data, while also being able to translate insights into clear recommendations and actions. You enjoy collaborating across functions, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment in a dynamic environment.

You are structured, proactive and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

We are looking for people with…

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field is an advantage.
• Several years of experience within demand planning, supply planning, buying, merchandising or a related field.
• A strong understanding of end-to-end buying processes and stock flow management.
• Experience translating demand forecasts into supply plans and business decisions.
• Proven ability to identify planning risks, evaluate scenarios and drive solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple functions.
• Experience working with planning tools such as Anaplan, Pluto or similar systems.
