Altris is looking for a Head of Commercial Delivery to take responsibility for the execution and delivery of strategic customer and partner engagements.

In this role, you will ensure that commercial commitments and signed agreements are translated into clear, prioritised and executable delivery plans. You will work cross-functionally across the organisation and act as a key link between business development, customers, partners and internal delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own contract-to-delivery execution for strategic customer and partner engagements.
• Translate contractual deliverables into executable plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the formal handover from Business Development to delivery as engagements progress into contracting and execution.
• Coordinate and prioritise activities and resources across multiple customer and partner projects.
• Establish and run delivery governance, identify bottlenecks and drive actions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain an up-to-date overview of delivery status and delivery health across key engagements.
• Provide management with clear, fact-based reporting on progress, risks, deviations and required actions.
• Develop and implement transparent methods for prioritising activities across commercial engagements.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in project management, commercial delivery, operations or a similar role within an industrial or technology-driven environment. You are comfortable managing complex, cross-functional projects involving both internal and external stakeholders.

You have a structured and analytical approach, strong communication skills and the ability to translate commercial commitments into concrete execution plans. You are comfortable taking ownership, identifying risks and dependencies, and driving projects forward in a fast-moving organisation.
