Assignment Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Program Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead the overall greenfield ERP and business transformation program
• Establish new business processes and future ways of working
• Coordinate business, IT, process owners, experts, vendors and implementation partners
• Drive process design from concept through implementation
• Ensure alignment between business processes and ERP/digital solutions
• Lead workshops and facilitate cross-functional decision-making
• Manage complex dependencies across business and technology
• Coordinate areas including:
• Order-to-Cash
• Supply Chain
• Procurement
• Logistics
• Manufacturing
• Inventory
• Quality
• Master Data
• Integrations
• Drive the program through implementation, go-live and stabilization
• Manage senior stakeholders and implementation partners
• Create structure and momentum in a complex greenfield environment
• Ensure business requirements are effectively translated into digital solutions

What You Bring

• 10+ years of project or program management experience
• Strong experience leading complex ERP or business transformation programs
• Experience designing and establishing new business processes
• Background in manufacturing, process industry, energy, chemicals, mining, heavy industry or similar
• Experience with Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Logistics
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with implementation partners and external suppliers
• Good understanding of ERP, integrations, enterprise architecture and IT
• Ability to create structure in complex greenfield environments
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions
