Are you a German speaker looking for an opportunity to work abroad and gain international experience?

We are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Advisors who are ready for a new adventure in Greece.

You will work for a well-established international company and support customers of some of the world's leading brands within industries such as technology, entertainment, automotive and financial services.

About the role

Depending on the project, you will assist German-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Communicating with customers via phone, chat and email
• Providing customer service and technical support
• Troubleshooting and helping customers solve problems
• Following up on cases and ensuring they are resolved effectively
• Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Representing an international brand in a professional manner
• Documenting customer cases in internal systems
• Working towards individual and team targets

Based on your background, preferences and available vacancies, we will help match you with a suitable project.

Full training is provided by the employer.

Depending on the project, positions are available in Athens, Thessaloniki or remotely from anywhere within Greece.

Requirements

To be considered for the position, you should:

• Speak German fluently
• Have good English communication skills
• Be service-minded, solution-oriented and comfortable communicating with customers
• Have good computer skills
• Hold a valid EU passport
• Be willing to relocate to and live in Greece

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage but not a requirement for all positions.
