Your New Role
We are looking for a Student Consultant to support a global Revenue Operations team within the Collections function. In this part-time role, you will focus on managing unpaid invoices across Mexico and other Spanish-speaking markets.
You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts and work proactively to ensure timely payments while maintaining professional and positive customer relationships. A key part of the role will be communicating with customers in both Spanish and English through email and customer portals to resolve outstanding invoices and billing-related questions.
You will also identify billing discrepancies, maintain accurate collection records in the ERP system, and escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts when needed. Working closely with Billing and Sales, you will help resolve disputes and contribute to accurate financial reporting.
The role also offers the opportunity to support Month End Close activities, track key metrics such as DSO, assist with account reconciliations, and contribute to improvements in collections processes and automation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and independent approach to work.
Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, finance, or data analytics is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus.
