Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role within our Assembly Operations. This is a senior position for a professional with approximately 10 years of relevant experience in project management, industrial operations, manufacturing, or a comparable environment. As a senior member of the organization, you are expected not only to deliver results, but also to set direction, challenge existing ways of working, coach others, and contribute to the long-term development of the organization.

You will operate in an international and cross-functional setting, where you are expected to bring extensive experience, sound judgement, and the ability to independently lead complex initiatives from strategy through execution. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with Assembly Operations across multiple locations, including Latin America and India. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholder interfaces, and drive strategic initiatives related to engineering, quality, logistics and SPS.
