You will play a key role in a major SAP transformation where success depends not only on the system itself, but on how well the organization is prepared to adopt new processes and ways of working. In this role, you act as the local bridge between a central transformation program and the business, turning overall direction into practical change activities that create readiness, engagement, and confidence.

You will work closely with managers, key users, process representatives, and central change teams to make sure the local organization is aligned, informed, and ready for go-live and the transition that follows. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how SAP-enabled ways of working are introduced and embedded in daily operations.

• You will act as the primary local change representative for the SAP implementation.
• You will connect the central transformation program with local business stakeholders and translate program direction into relevant local actions.
• You will assess and document business impacts related to new processes, roles, and system capabilities.
• You will develop and drive local change plans in line with the overall program framework.
• You will coordinate communication activities that keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the transformation.
• You will identify stakeholder groups, understand their change needs, and support managers in leading their teams through the transition.
• You will plan and coordinate readiness activities and follow up on organizational preparedness.
• You will work with training teams and key users to coordinate end-user training activities.
• You will monitor adoption risks, resistance, and barriers to implementation, and raise critical issues when needed.
• You will provide status updates and readiness reporting to project and business leadership.

• Experience in change management, project coordination, transformation programs, or similar roles.
• Proven experience supporting organizational change initiatives in complex environments.
• Experience coordinating communication, engagement, readiness, and training activities.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• Good understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience from large-scale ERP, digital transformation, or business transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP implementations or similar ERP platforms.
• Swedish language skills.
