We are strengthening our Scandinavian Service team and are now looking for a QCS Service Engineer to join us in delivering world-class support and expertise for our Valmet IQ solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their competence within automation, customer support, and the pulp and paper industry while working closely with customers and colleagues across Scandinavia and our global organization.
About the Role
As a QCS Engineer, you will be one of our customers key contacts for Valmet IQ systems. You will take ownership of service cases from start to finish, working closely with customers and supported by our product experts and global operations network.
The role combines field service work, technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and participation in modernization and upgrade projects.
This position is ideally based in Karlstad. However, we are also open to candidates based in Örnsköldsvik or Umeå, as the role involves regular travel to customer sites across Scandinavia.
