About the role We are looking for a skilled Hairdresser in Solna who enjoys cutting and colouring hair with a focus on men's styles. This is an opportunity to bring creativity and excellent customer service to a busy salon environment while building long-term client relationships. • Consult with male clients to understand their style and grooming needs
• Cut, trim and style hair using scissors, clippers and razors
• Perform hair colouring, toning and touch-ups tailored to each client
• Maintain hygiene, follow salon safety protocols and ensure client comfort
• Keep tools and workstations clean and well-maintained
• Recommend haircare products and aftercare routines
• Coordinate with reception to manage bookings and client flow
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a professional and supportive salon atmosphere

What you bring

• 4–5 years of professional experience as a hairdresser, with strong skills in men's cutting and colouring
• Vocational training or certificate in hairdressing and the right to work in Sweden
• Fluent in Swedish and good English communication skills; friendly and client-focused
• Ability to work the salon schedule (09:00–17:00, six days per week) and flexibility when needed
• You are driven and take ownership of your work
