Quotation & Price List Specialist

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Development and preparation of price analyses for pricing of new/ modified and repair of products – reported to product owners and sales managers
• Pricing products together with the product owner and Pricing manager and work with global price analysis and price list
• Responsible for updat pricing data and corresponding data in our ERP system
• Prepare and generate detailed and accurate quotations based on customer requirements and specifications.
• Analyze costs, pricing, and market trends to ensure competitive and profitable quotations.
• Collaborate with the sales, procurement, and technical teams to gather necessary information and insights for quotations.
• Review and interpret customer requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and other documentation to develop comprehensive quotations.
• Maintain a database of quotation records, including historical data and pricing trends.
• Ensure all quotations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing processes and efficiency.
