About the job

You develop and optimize sourcing strategies and execution within Indirect Sourcing, focusing on Professional Services such as consulting, IT, HR, and marketing. Daily work integrates AI tools, advanced analytics, and digital sourcing platforms to improve decision-making and supplier performance across EMEA. You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers while contributing to a team of eight colleagues where knowledge sharing drives success.

Job responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives within Indirect Sourcing and support Direct Sourcing when needed
• Translate business needs into sourcing strategies, supplier requirements, and selection criteria
• Active stakeholder management with timely deliveries
• Drive supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations
• Ensure supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and compliance
• Apply AI tools (such as Copilot) and analytics for e.g. spend analysis, supplier insights, contracts and negotiations
• Contribute to the development of next-generation sourcing strategies including AI tools as a key enabler
• Drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement in sourcing processes

Location and flexibility

This position is based in Svedala, Sweden.

Your profile

With a background in sourcing or supply chain, you combine analytical thinking with a strong interest in how AI and digital tools transform ways of working. You’re comfortable using data to support decisions and thrive in a global, collaborative environment.

Your background includes:

• At least 3 years of experience in indirect sourcing, sourcing, or supply chain understanding of or exposure to Direct Sourcing
• Hands-on in execution of sourcing initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• A university degree in business, engineering, data, supply chain, or similar
• Experience working with contracts, negotiations, analytics, and digital sourcing tools (e.g. AI, Copilot)
• You are tech savvy and have a strong interest in new digital tools, including AI
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish
